Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our Charlotte team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing commercial accounts, contributing to our mission of delivering top-quality power washing services to businesses in our 4 territories: West Charlotte, Gastonia, Fort Mill, and Rock Hill.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential commercial clients, including property managers, facility directors, and business owners

Conduct virtual and on-site assessments to provide estimates for prospects

Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets

Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

Qualifications:

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the commercial cleaning or facilities services industry

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
