Your Opportunity: Sales Representative/Roofing Inspector
Sales Representative/Roofing Inspector \- Your Job Duties:
You will directly contribute to the organization’s growth and impact by identifying, qualifying, pursuing, and closing sales to both residential and business roofing customers in the Reno/Sparks and Tahoe Basin Area market. You will:
- Travel to potential customer sites in a company-provided vehicle with a ladder to assess the customer need (including inspecting the roof) and provide a customer estimate
- Receive and follow up on assigned inbound leads provided by the sales and marketing department
- Actively generate new customer leads (for both new roof projects and roofing renovation) through cold calling, canvassing, on-site visits, and networking with local businesses and contractors
- Perform on-site assessments by navigating roofs of varying pitches and heights to diagnose issues and gather information for estimates
- Proactively nurture relationships with customers and referral partners, especially during off-peak months, to secure a consistent pipeline of future sales opportunities
- Find opportunities to up-sell on existing jobs, making sure customers get a complete and lasting roofing solution
- Work closely with the project management and production teams to ensure a smooth handoff and successful completion of the roofing project
- Act as the primary point of contact with the customer, addressing any questions or concerns that may arise during the project
- Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and goals
- Attend home shows and other events to promote company services and generate new leads

Sales Representative – For You:
You will report to the office in Sparks, Nevada, each morning to pick up your company-provided vehicle to visit potential customers, and can also anticipate some in-office time during the week for administrative duties and team meetings.
You determine your schedule based on your sales appointments (flexibility to take a Friday off and work on a Saturday, for example, to accommodate customer needs that best support your sales efforts).
Your pay will be $30 per hour, starting wage.
After 90 days, you will transition to 100% commission with uncapped earnings.
Top performers who meet sales goals can expect to earn nearly $200,000 annually.
