What You’ll Do
Conduct residential property inspections for storm-related damage (roofing, siding, gutters, windows)
Guide homeowners through the insurance claims and restoration process
Meet with insurance adjusters to agree on scope of work and pricing
Document claims with detailed notes and photos
Manage projects from inspection through completion and payment collection
Generate new business through direct outreach in high-opportunity areas
Provide leadership, training, and support to sales team members (for management candidates)
Coordinate with internal teams including production and supplements

What We’re Looking For
2+ years of sales experience (required)
Leadership or management experience preferred
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Highly self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
Comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs daily
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Valid driver’s license
Roofing experience is a plus, but not required — we provide industry-leading training.
Schedule
Monday–Friday
Saturdays as needed during peak roofing season
