All- Nu Restoration is looking to hire a Business Developer who can build their newly formed division of Disaster Cleanup Services. All- Nu Restoration is a well branded company that does extensive work within the property management industry and sees a great opportunity to offer additional services. The duties of this role are to promote and sell the Restoration Services to potential clients who have experienced a disaster, such as a flood, fire, or other catastrophic event, and need professional cleanup and restoration services.
A sales representative in the disaster cleanup industry is responsible for a variety of tasks. Marketing to potential clients such as Insurance Agents, Adjusters, Property Managers, Plumbers, etc will be the main focus. Qualified candidates will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with these market segments while increasing revenue. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills coupled with superior customer service.
Duties
Present and sell All- Nu Restoration to current and potential clients as directed by Sales Manager
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Identify and network with new sales prospects
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
Report on the status of accounts and transactions
Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Work as a team to promote customer satisfaction, sales growth, and the success of the entire organization.
Comprehensive understanding of customer service, principles and practices
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
Develop positive relationships with clients. Ex: Insurance Agents, Adjusters, Property Managers, Plumbers, etc.
Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs.
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
Attend marketing events as required. Ex: Golf tournaments, luncheons, Trade Shows, etc.
Provide quantitative data to support results of Marketing events to management
Develop and maintain current knowledge of All- Nu Restoration, industry trends, and competitive information.
Actively participate in key local industry groups and associations.
Identify and resolve client concerns in order to grow overall sales.

Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of B2B Sales Experience
Must have an outgoing personality and be able to initiate conversations with strangers
Must have a valid Driver's License and pass a background check
