Responsibilities

• Speak with homeowners about VRC Construction services
• Set appointments and close deals directly with homeowners
• Conduct inspections and present project solutions
• Manage projects from signed agreement through completion
• Build rapport and represent the VRC brand professionally
• Participate in weekly challenges and incentive programs

Compensation & Earnings

• Earn up to 6% commission per appointment set, or 12% commission per deal
• Paid per appointment during training
• Average performance (4 closed jobs per month) can earn $10,000/month in commissions
