Responsibilities: • Follow up with potential customers to showcase and highlight our new products or services • Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry • Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events • Keep company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM • Create and fulfill a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory This position requires all aspects of the sales process. Therefore, one must have a track record of qualifying and closing while also creating new relationships with Builders and potential clients. One must also: • Sell consultatively and not on price • Be humble in their approach, yet relentless in their efforts to achieve their goals • Effectively manage relationships over a long period of time • Have ample construction knowledge • Be effective at working with a referral network • Be willing and able to follow a proven sales process that may appear non-traditional at first • Have strong levels of responsibility and be highly coachable and trainable Qualifications: • Applicants should have 3-5 years of sales experience for this role • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred • Experience using a CRM is preferred • To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills • Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license • Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively • High school diploma or GED, and a bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred • Outstanding organizational skills and time management • Prior experience working in the construction industry is required • 3 or more years of experience in sales preferred • Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities • Stays organized and manages time well • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field, a plus • 3 or more years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality Compensation: $62,000 - $120,000 Yearly
