    About Us: Churchgate Protective Services is a trusted security firm providing professional guard services throughout New York. We’re expanding and seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to help grow our client base by securing new business contracts with commercial, residential, and other industries where security services are essential.

    Position Overview: The Sales Representative will focus on generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing security service contracts. This role combines office, field, and remote work — ideal for a self-motivated professional with strong networking and communication skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Prospect and identify potential new client sites across various industries (residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, construction, etc.)

    Conduct outreach through calls, emails, networking, and in-person visits

    Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers (property managers, business owners, directors)

    Prepare and present proposals for security contracts

    Negotiate contract terms in alignment with company standards

    Collaborate with operations and HR teams to ensure successful account setup and staffing

    Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in security, facility management, or staffing

    Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

    Self-starter with a results-driven mindset

    Familiarity with the NYC metro area and local businesses is a plus

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

    Compensation & Benefits:

    Base salary: $40,000–$50,000

    Commission structure based on performance
