We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our Customer's growing team in Newington, NH. This role combines relationship-based sales, customer experience, and project coordination. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting customers on-site, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring projects run smoothly from initial estimate through completion.
Conduct on-site customer visits to build relationships and understand project needs
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling with both existing and new customers
Prepare project estimates and proposals based on customer requirements
Manage projects to ensure alignment with customer expectations, timelines, and deliverables
Facilitate the design process , coordinating between customers and internal teams
Oversee and administer tasks within our project management system, Squarecoil
Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle
Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Experience with estimating or project coordination is a plus
Comfortable with on-site customer visits
Proficiency with CRM or project management software preferred
