    About Us

    Starmark Hospitality is a fast-growing restaurant group headquartered in Fargo, ND. Our brand, Sickies Garage Burgers & Brews, is known for creative food, strong community presence, and exceptional guest experiences. We’re expanding our catering and events program, and we’re looking for a Dynamic Sales Representative to join our team.

    Position Summary

    The top priority of this role is to drive catering sales and book in-house events. You will build, manage, and maintain an outbound sales pipeline to generate recurring business.

    In addition, you’ll serve as a local community ambassador by executing Local Store Marketing (LSM) strategies and occasionally supporting restaurant operations when needed.

    Key Responsibilities

    Develop and grow a strong catering and events pipeline across Sioux Falls and Rapid City.

    Prospect and meet with decision-makers across businesses, schools, and community groups.

    Book and execute in-house events to drive consistent traffic.

    Convert one-time catering orders into long-term recurring clients.

    Execute Local Store Marketing efforts (menu drops, partnerships, referral programs).

    Support operations as needed during slower times or large-scale events.

    Maintain accurate sales tracking in CRM, Trello, and spreadsheets.

    Represent the Sickies brand with professionalism, energy, and integrity.

    What We’re Looking For

    Proven B2B sales or hospitality/catering sales experience.

    Strong track record of building pipelines and closing business.

    Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

    Highly organized, disciplined, and self-motivated.

    Comfortable networking in the community (schools, hotels, businesses, civic groups).

    Restaurant experience is an advantage, but not necessary.

    Flexible, team-first mindset; willing to pitch in on marketing and ops when needed.

    Ability to travel between Sioux Falls and Rapid City.
