Position Overview
The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and building long-term relationships with customers. The ideal candidate is outgoing, persuasive, and highly organized, with a strong ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through inbound and outbound leads.
• Respond to inquiries, provide estimates, and close sales in a professional manner.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth scheduling and execution of moves.
• Track and report sales activities, leads, and conversion metrics.
• Attend networking events and community outreach programs to promote the company.
• Continuously update knowledge of moving services, pricing, and industry trends.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management (moving industry experience preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends if required.
