The salary range is $60,000 to $90,000, which includes base salary, commission, and bonuses.

Typical Day of a Territory Sales Representative

You will choose your sales route with an average of 15 appointments per day (all leads are provided)

During each appointment with the apartment complex property manager, you will...

Build rapport with the property manager

Walk through a unit to assess opportunities

Educate on our services and book repairs

Reviewing sales routes, preparing calls, and performing minimal administrative tasks may be completed from home
