Understanding Sales with Surface Experts
Our services are unique, and many customers don’t realize repair is an option. Your role is to educate, build trust, and spread awareness—not to pressure or push.

This is a local, in-person role focused on relationship building. You’ll be out in the field, meeting people face-to-face and helping them understand how Surface Experts can save them time and money.
What You’ll Be Doing
Meeting with 10–15 contacts per day
Making onsite visits, phone calls, and email follow-ups
Working with customers in:
Property management
Facilities maintenance
Hotels, movers, builders, and more
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Educating customers on Surface Experts’ capabilities and limitations
Validating customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities to help
Earning trust through consistency, follow-through, and professionalism
Working within a process-driven, metrics-based sales team
Practicing and improving through role-playing and coaching
Documenting sales activity accurately in the CRM—from lead to work order
Reporting activity and results weekly
Brainstorming new leads and opportunities

Required Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Have reliable vehicle
Professional, caring, and service-minded
Comfortable working in a metrics-based, process-driven environment
Preferred (but not required):
General knowledge of property management or construction
Experience using CRM tools
Experience in a base + commission role
