Compensation: Base salary + commission, uncapped earning potential

Location: Field sales in Central NY; minimal remote admin work

What a Typical Day Looks Like
Map your route, run ~15 on-site visits, and book work
Light admin and prep from your home; log notes and metrics in our software
Daily 15-min team check-in; end of day review with owner; bi-weekly meetings w/coach; quarterly virtual national sales training

Detail-Oriented — consistently executes daily habits turning activity into revenue (routing, documenting metrics, sending follow-ups)
