Job Summary: As a Sales Representative at Sir Grout, you’ll meet with homeowners to assess tile, grout, and stone surfaces and provide restoration estimates. This is a consultative, in-home sales role focused on identifying client needs and recommending customized solutions. We’re looking for a motivated communicator with strong sales instincts and a customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers to assess areas needing restoration (e.g., tile floors, showers, countertops)
Educate customers on our services, process, and solutions
Provide accurate, same-day quotes using our estimating tools and software (training provided)
Follow up on quotes and maintain a sales pipeline using our CRM
Meet or exceed monthly sales and close rate goals
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to service
Represent Sir Grout professionally while using the branded company vehicle and uniform
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a Salesperson or in a similar sales role.
Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Results-driven and motivated to exceed sales targets.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
