Title: Sales Representative -Surgical
Territory: Greater San Francisco Area- North to Sacramento, South to Woodland, West to SF and San Mateo, East to Hayward, Freemont, Oakland
Company: Growing company in the surgical space (tissue/wound care)
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell wound/tissue products into all types of surgeons in hospitals
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share within assigned territory.
- Support existing business while continuing to prospect new business opportunities.
- Implement marketing strategies and implement sales direction provided by leadership.
- Successfully complete sales training and continually stat updated on competition.
- Conduct all job functions with a high level of customer service and integrity.
- Work productively with internal and external partners.
- Attend industry conferences as needed.
- Manage and maintain assigned expense budgets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ yrs of surgical sales experience calling into different surgical audiences ie: General, GI, Plastics, Burn, Ortho, Urology, etc.
- Track record of sales success
- Great presentation skills
- Ability to show you can close deals and grow business
- The right candidate will have a can-do attitude and will exemplify Company integrity
Compensation:
Base salary $85k. Total earnings of $185K+ at plan. Uncapped commissions, paid monthly. Better reps earn 200-250K, Car package: mileage (Motus), full medical/health benefits, stock, opportunity for growth.
