Title: Sales Representative - Surgical and Critical Care

Territory: Based in Louisville or nearby to cover the I-65 Corridor overseeing KY & IN.

Company: 30 + year old distributor of medical devices used in the OR and critical care departments throughout the hospital. Extremely low turnover and great leadership team that takes care of their people. 

Description:

• Promote sales of assigned products through territory, deepening relationships with existing accounts and new account acquisitions.
• Prepare and deliver financial analysis to decision makers across hospital administration, nurse managers, OR operations and surgeons.
• Work with internal counterparts to support the full scope of needs within assigned territory.
• Territory is healthy with lots of existing business.

Requirements: 

• 3-5 years Medical Device sales experience, with some OR and Hospital call points.
• Ability to travel within territory
• Clean driving record
• Completed college degree is preferred.
• Experience with some capital equipment is preferred but now required
  

Compensation:

75k base salary, plus 1 year guarantee and uncapped commissions paid monthly. 1st year average total earnings is 100-110k based on current business in territory, top reps are earning well over $200K.
