Job Overview: We’re seeking passionate, driven Sales Representatives to join our team in promoting and selling home internet and wireless plans. As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the largest telecom companies in the industry, offering highly competitive plans to residential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers through various channels including direct outreach, community events, and lead generation efforts.

Present and explain the features and benefits of home internet and wireless services to meet customer needs.

Develop strategic sales approaches to meet or exceed personal and team sales targets.

Build strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business or referrals.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, promotions, and new products to provide customers with the best options.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in sales is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.

A self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

A strong desire to succeed and be rewarded based on your performance.

Familiarity with home internet or wireless services is advantageous, but not mandatory.

Compensation:

Either Hourly plus bonus

Or 100% commission-based role at higher commisions with uncapped earning potential.

High commission rates with opportunities for bonuses and incentives based on performance.
