Responsibilities: • Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met • Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory • Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services • Keep company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM • Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events • Grow and maintain customer relationships • Attend expos and events (golf events, Padres games, happy hours) • Company sales meetings • Follow all company outside sales representative duties • Close sales • Recruit more sales reps • Team player Qualifications: • CRM experience preferred • Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • You will need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience • You must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle • A bachelor’s degree or high school diploma is preferred • 21 years of age or older • Great communication • Sales experience required • Goal-oriented • Self-starter • Good first impression with people • Teamwork experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office • Income listed represents base DOE. Additional monthly bonus commissions apply when goals are met. Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 base + commissions
