Sales Representative

• Pay: $18.00 - $24.00
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00am-5:00pm AND Friday 8:00am-12:00pm

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the XLR team, managing orders, and assisting customers in finding the products they need.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
2. Manage customer accounts
3. Process, track, and manage sales orders
4. Provide product information and recommendations
5. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up tasks
6. Support the overall sales team with administrative and customer-service tasks

Qualifications

1. Firearms knowledge and experience strongly preferred
2. Background in hunting, precision rifle shooting, or competitive shooting is a plus
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
5. Customer service or sales experience preferred
6. Must work on-site at XLR (this is not a remote position)
