    Job Title: Sales Representative – Retail Packaging Solutions

    Location: Hybrid (Based in Dover, DE, with weekly travel to PA, NJ, MD, & VA)

    Who Are You: We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Hybrid Sales Representative to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for managing and growing accounts, with a focus on serving independent retailers. The role is primarily in the Dover, DE office, with travel to customer sites in PA, NJ, MD, & VA 1-2 days a week.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, schedule visits to assess needs, provide product updates, and introduce new offers.

    Conduct cold calls, in-person visits, and sales presentations to prospective clients in PA, NJ, MD, & VA.

    Develop a targeted list of independent retailers and other businesses to prospect while traveling within designated areas.

    Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and potential leads in CRM software.

    Collaborate with the sales team to identify market trends and develop effective sales strategies.

    Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as established by the Sales Manager.

    Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client issues promptly.

    Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.

    Qualifications:

    2+ years of B2B sales experience (retail or packaging a plus).

    Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

    Organized, proactive, and self-motivated.

    Comfortable with hybrid work: in-office, in-person visits, occasional travel.

    Valid driver’s license and ability to travel weekly.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    Base salary: $50,000–$60,000/year.

    Commission opportunities: $10,000–$30,000+/year.
