We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team at Austin's Snow Removal and Decorations! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions for them to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell snow removal services to new and existing customers
• Be able to present per removal, per month, paid in full payment plans to customers
• Outbound sales and land new clients
• Meet new and existing clients in person
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets
• Maintain Client relationships
• Be available on the phone throughout snow season

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales preferred, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Must be able to do outbound sales and land new clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented
• Must be able to maintain customer relations
• High School Diploma/GED

Compensation

• Potential to earn up to 50,000 in commission your first year
• Bonuses up to 25,000 your first year
• Residual Based commission, as long as you keep the client you keep getting commission
• Pay out is bi-weekly/monthly
• Straight Commission at 10% of the Ticket Size
