Position Overview: We are looking for a reliable and organized Sales Secretary to handle incoming leads and support our sales team. This role focuses on initial customer contact, lead management, and routing opportunities to the appropriate salesperson.
Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound leads (calls, texts, online inquiries)
Make initial contact with customers promptly
Gather basic customer information and needs
Assign and route leads to sales staff
Maintain accurate records in CRM (DX1)
Follow up on unresponsive leads as needed
Support sales team with administrative tasks
Requirements:
Strong communication skills (phone, text, email)
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Customer service or sales support experience preferred
Schedule: Full-time, including some weekends
