As a sales and service representative, you will be instrumental in expanding our reach and helping individuals and businesses secure the best insurance coverage. Responsibilities: • Developing innovative social media strategies (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate high-quality leads. • Collaborating with sales management to achieve ambitious goals and refine our sales processes. • Attending industry events , including in-person and online training, meetings, trade shows, and sales events, to stay ahead of the curve. • Identifying and cultivating lucrative sales leads our sales force to pursue and close. • Finding new customers through a variety of channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, texts, and emails. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented self-starter with exceptional communication skills and a passion for sales. • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills are a must. • You should be an organized, detail-oriented self-starter who thrives on contributing to team goals. • Successful experience providing customer service is preferred. • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process is a plus. • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred. Compensation: $57,000 - $78,000 yearly
