We’re looking for a high-energy, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of the shop—responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, identifying vehicle service needs, and driving sales
What you'll do:
Greet customers, listen to concerns, and gather vehicle information clearly and professionally.
Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines, inspection results, and technician input.
Provide clear, accurate estimates and explain services to customers in an easy-to-understand manner.
Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
Manage the repair order process from write-up to invoicing and payment.
Maintain high standards of organization, cleanliness, and professionalism at the front desk.
Follow up on deferred work, warranty claims, and customer satisfaction.
Upsell additional services such as tires, flushes, wipers, brakes, and other preventive maintenance.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs for service categories.
Qualifications
Prior experience in automotive service writing or customer service preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic automotive knowledge and a passion for the industry.
High integrity, attention to detail, and a sales-oriented mindset.
Comfortable using point-of-sale software and digital inspection tools.
