    Position Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Verizon Wireless Sales Representative to join our team.     Key Responsibilities

    Actively engage customers to identify wireless and technology needs

    Drive sales of Verizon wireless plans, devices, accessories, insurance, and connected products

    Meet and exceed monthly sales goals, KPIs, and performance expectations

    Utilize strong sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell products and services

    Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond

    Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals

    Stay current on Verizon products, promotions, pricing, and industry trends

    Handle activations, upgrades, account maintenance, and troubleshooting efficiently

    Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment

    Participate in team meetings, ongoing sales training, and performance coaching

    Qualifications

    Previous retail, wireless, or commission-based sales experience preferred

    Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets

    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

    Strong closing ability and confidence in overcoming objections

    Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset

    Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    Basic computer and technology proficiency

    Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

    High school diploma or equivalent required
