Diamond Soirée is an exciting new jewelry store opening in February in the heart of downtown Chicago. We specialize in lab-grown diamonds, offering a sustainable and affordable alternative to mined diamonds. What sets us apart is that we’re not just a retail store — we’re also a diamond manufacturing company. From growing diamonds to designing and crafting jewelry, everything is done in-house. This allows us to maintain exceptional quality and attention to detail while keeping our prices more accessible.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales & Social Media Specialist. This unique position combines customer-facing sales with creative content creation, making it a perfect fit for someone who’s both people-oriented and visually creative.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in-store to understand their needs and guide them toward the perfect piece of jewelry.
- Learn about diamonds, including pricing and the custom order process, to provide exceptional service.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure an outstanding shopping experience.
Social Media Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of our jewelry for use in marketing and promotions.
- Occasionally appear in the content to add a personal and relatable touch for our audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align visual content with the brand’s aesthetic.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for jewelry and a willingness to learn about lab-grown diamonds.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building connections with customers.
- A creative eye for photography, videography, and aesthetics.
- Comfort in front of the camera for occasional appearances in content.
- A self-starter with a can-do attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
