Internship Responsibilities
Assist in researching and identifying prospective clients through online tools, directories, and lead generation platforms.
Support the sales team in qualifying leads and tracking sales activities.
Learn how to present IT services to clients in a clear, value-focused manner.
Participate in discovery calls and client meetings to understand technical needs and challenges.
Help prepare and organize sales proposals, quotes, and service documentation.
Shadow experienced team members through the sales process, from outreach to post-sale support.
Assist in client follow-ups and gather feedback on services provided.
Stay informed on current IT trends, services, and competitive offerings in the market.
What We’re Looking For
Interest in IT services and how technology supports business operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn technical concepts and explain them in simple terms.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and organized.
Comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
