The Jared M. Deegan Agency is growing in Castle Rock, and we’re looking for an in-office all-lines sales specialist who enjoys connecting with people, identifying needs, and recommending insurance solutions that help protect what matters most.

What you’ll do

Quote, sell, and service policies across multiple lines (auto, home, renters, umbrella, and life—based on licensing/appointment)

Conduct needs-based conversations and explain coverage options clearly

Follow up on leads, referrals, and inbound inquiries to convert opportunities

Maintain an organized pipeline, schedule appointments, and document activity

Support retention through policy reviews, coverage updates, and ongoing service

What we’re looking for

Strong communication, follow-through, and customer service skills

Sales experience preferred

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment

Colorado P&C license preferred; life/health license is a plus

If unlicensed: willing and able to obtain required licenses (we will guide you through the process)

In-office at our Castle Rock location

Compensation

Hourly base pay (based on experience)
