We are currently seeking a Bilingual Sales Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual who can communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, and who enjoys building strong customer relationships while achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound outreach and inbound inquiries
Build and maintain long-term client relationships with professionalism and cultural awareness
Deliver compelling product presentations and proposals in both English and Spanish
Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective customers
Track client interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress using CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth onboarding
Stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge
Qualifications
Qualifications
Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
