What You’ll Do
Build and grow a profitable personal lines book of business (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)
Work a mix of agency-provided leads and self-generated opportunities
Use a consultative approach to assess client needs and recommend tailored coverage
Develop long-term relationships with affluent and emerging affluent families
Cross-sell and round out accounts for better protection and retention
Conduct policy reviews and stay proactive with clients
Participate in community and networking events to expand your presence
Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional client experience

Requirements
Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain quickly)
Valid driver’s license
Preferred Experience
Insurance or financial services sales experience
Experience working with middle to upper-income households
Established network or strong prospecting ability
Work Environment
Primarily in-office, with flexibility for client meetings and events
Occasional evenings or weekends for networking and client needs

Compensation:
Base salary + uncapped commission + performance bonuses
(Top performers have the opportunity to earn $100,000 first year)
