We are seeking a dynamic and driven sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment. The sales representative will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business, as well as maintaining and growing existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
· Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
· Build and maintain relationships with new existing customers
· Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual set targets.
· Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
· Negotiate and close deals with customers
· Continuously update CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
· Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong Organizational and time management skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Proficient in Microsoft office and CRM software
· Knowledge of using a measuring tape.
· Knowledge of using and verbiage Construction tools and equipment is a plus.
