    Job Summary

    Are you a motivated, proactive self-starter with a passion for B2B sales and relationship building? We’re looking for a Sales Specialist to drive growth by managing inbound inquiries, facilitating smooth client onboarding, and uncovering new business opportunities. In this key role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for potential business clients, ensuring professional, high-touch experience from first contact through transition to our account management team.

    B2B Sales & Lead Management

    Manage and qualify inbound B2B sales leads, guiding them from initial inquiry through handoff to the sales team.

    Maintain accurate and organized lead records in the CRM.

    Create customized proposals and coordinate compelling product or service demonstrations.

    Schedule and manage sales appointments and follow-ups to nurture ongoing opportunities.

    Client Coordination & Engagement

    Serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients during the pre-sales process.

    Work cross-functionally with internal departments to support seamless onboarding.

    Maintain relationships with long-term leads, referral sources, and prospects on a waitlist.

    Market Research & Strategy

    Research and identify emerging markets and strategic B2B opportunities.

    Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of potential business clients.

    Support the creation and execution of go-to-market strategies for new services.

    Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives and target markets.

    Internal Process Support

    Create and maintain internal resources such as SOPs, scripts, and training materials.

    Contribute to tracking and reporting on sales performance and metrics.

    Qualifications

    Experience in B2B business development, sales coordination, or client services.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident, professional demeanor.

    Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales technology.

    Strong organizational and time management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities.

    Self-motivated, results-driven, and curious about strategic growth opportunities.

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, but not required.
