What You’ll Do As a Sales Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving the agency’s growth by:

Reaching out to prospective customers and building strong relationships

Educating individuals and families on insurance options and coverage solutions

Generating quotes, following up on leads, and closing sales

Supporting existing clients with policy changes and questions

Collaborating with the agency owner and team to hit monthly and annual goals

What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who is:

Driven, coachable, and goal-oriented

Personable, with strong communication and relationship-building skills

Organized and self-motivated

Licensed in Property & Casualty (or willing to obtain quickly)

Prior insurance or sales experience is a plus, but not required
