    Job Description

    As a Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions. You will represent Skillbridge Academy with professionalism and integrity while supporting business objectives through effective sales strategies.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and follow-ups

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

    • Present and explain services clearly and persuasively to potential customers

    • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions

    • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in sales or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
    • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
