    About Us: Los Angeles Skills Academy (LASA) is a leading provider of CNA and healthcare training programs in California. We empower students to build meaningful healthcare careers through accessible, high-quality education. We’re expanding our team and looking for a driven Sales and Student Advisor to be the face of our enrollment process and help us reach more future healthcare professionals.

    Position Summary: As the Sales and Student Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective students. Your role is to sell our programs, answer questions, nurture leads, and generate new leads through calls, emails, texts, and other outreach campaigns. You’ll play a vital role in growing our student base and helping individuals take the next step in their healthcare career.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Respond promptly to incoming leads via phone, text, email, and chat

    Clearly explain program offerings, schedules, tuition, and payment options

    Guide prospective students through the enrollment process

    Follow up with leads regularly and maintain accurate lead records in our CRM

    Execute outreach campaigns to re-engage cold leads and boost enrollment

    Track and meet monthly sales targets and conversion goals

    Host virtual or in-person info sessions as needed

    Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and lead-generation efforts

    Assist with onboarding and student support during the first phase of enrollment

    Continuously improve the sales process with feedback and performance data

    Qualifications:

    2+ years of experience in sales, admissions, or customer service (education or healthcare experience a plus)

    Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal

    Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly (experience with CRMs preferred)

    Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting sales targets

    Passion for education and helping others succeed in their careers

    Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

    Bilingual (Spanish/Tagalog) a plus, but not required
