Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities: • Establish an up-to-date list of key customers to ensure that connections and positive relationships continue to develop • Assess the performance of specific properties in your area and develop sales plans and goals that are in line with the broader brand goals • Encourage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually • Counsel your sales team members, evaluate their performance, and offer suggestions for improvement • Create sales reports and present to the team that outline sales efforts, including progress and sales volume, to better determine future goals • Identify new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs to keep us growing Qualifications: • Prior experience working in the hospitality sector is required • Good organization and time management skills • Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities • 3 or more years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality • High school diploma or GED, and a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred Compensation: $85,000
