Sales Support Analyst – Manufacturer
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 + bonus potential
Schedule: Hybrid, 37-hour workweek

What You’ll Do

• Analyze customer performance and shipment data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
• Support customer prospecting by providing insight, materials, and relationship tracking
• Evaluate dealership-level data and work with sales to improve customer engagement
• Help develop reporting tools to support ongoing sales strategies and customer success
• Prepare presentations and reports to support the broader sales capabilities team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and finance
• Use Excel (pivot tables, formulas), SAP, and Power BI (preferred) to manage and present data
• Travel occasionally (10–15%) to support customer meetings and events

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of experience in sales, analytics, or customer-facing roles—manufacturing experience required
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to organize, interpret, and present data clearly
• Confident communicator with the ability to support account reps and work with customers
• Sales-adjacent mindset—you’re curious, self-driven, and ready to get involved in growth
• Familiarity with sales data tools and systems (SAP, Power BI, etc.) is a plus
