Responsibilities:

Assist new and existing customers in providing prices and availability on our company products.

Process orders, delivery receipts, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery to clients.

Resolve customer inquiries.

Support inventory management and stock replenishment.

Coordinate the flow of outgoing orders with the warehouse personnel.

Requirements:

High school diploma.

Fluent in English and Spanish.

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
