Essential Duties/Functions
** Essential Duties** are those that are critical, integral, necessary, crucial, primary, and/or fundamental. These essential functions are the basic job duties that an employee must be able to perform.
Sales Support & Order Processing
- Enter first time order items accurately into the ERP/CRM system, ensuring all required documentation and set-up is complete
- Assist with customer onboarding and internal coordination for new accounts
- Support Sales Team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Sales Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc sales reports (by product, region, customer, or business manager)
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities
- Maintain sales dashboards and reporting tools as needed
Pricing & Documentation
- Assist with pricing setup, updates, and maintenance
- Complete and maintain pricing sheets, product data sheets, and sales documentation
- Support margin analysis and pricing consistency efforts
Process Improvement & Team Support
- Help document, organize, and improve sales processes and workflows
- Assist in creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the sales team
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and data accuracy improvements
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment
- Support internal communication related to product availability, pricing, and customer requirements
