What You'll Be Doing

Supporting, developing, and growing our in-home sales team.

Coaching designers through 1-on-1 sessions training.

Building strong individual relationships while holding people accountable.

Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and (when needed) offboarding team members.

Enforcing and reinforcing a proven, process-driven sales system.

Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to ensure team success.

Handling conflict proactively with radical candor and professional clarity.

Requirements

Minimum 1 years' experience managing salespeople.

1–5 years of personal sales success (in-home or B2C preferred).

Excellent knowledge of price negotiations and deal structuring.

Utah-based only – this is an in-office, in-person.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel. CRM or design software experience is a plus.

College degree preferred but not required.
