Summary: The Internal Sales Support Representative supports our sales efforts and customer relationships. This role works independently, communicates clearly, and is comfortable using computer-based systems in a fast-paced environment. The Internal Sales Support Representative works with international and multicultural customers. This role is contract-to-hire.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Manages internal sales activities, including customer communication and order support.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with domestic and international customers.
- Accurately enters, updates, and maintains customer and sales information.
- Follows up on leads, inquiries, and customer requests in a timely manner.
- Utilizes CRM and other computer systems to track sales activities and generate reports.
- Coordinates with Sales Reps and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills:
- Associate's degree in business or related field.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in sales or customer service in an office environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Computer literate with proficiency in standard business applications.
- CRM experience is a plus.
- Experience working in an international, multi-cultural environment is a plus.
- A strong aptitude for sales, customer service, logistics, and product knowledge.
- This position requires a regular presence in the office.
