    Position Overview

    The Sales Support Coordinator serves as a critical administrative and operational resource for the Revenue Generation (RevGen) team. This role is essential for maintaining seamless guest experiences across multiple Activate locations by managing inquiries, coordinating inter-team operations, and ensuring data integrity. A primary focus for this role will be spearheading the transition of our support and CRM infrastructure while providing high-level coverage for locations in growth or transition phases.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Regional & Transition Support

    Serve as the primary point of contact for all guest support inquiries for locations currently operating without a General Manager.

    Manage and resolve all unassigned guest inquiries across the network to ensure no communication gaps.

    Provide dedicated support for new location launches, maintaining guest support until Regional Sales Managers are officially in place.

    1. Operational Coordination

    Facilitate communication between teams to ensure a seamless guest journey and accurate location information.

    Maintain the integrity of the team’s knowledge base and Google Drive resources, including location records, store templates, and training documentation.

    1. Data Integrity & Reporting

    Update internal tracking logs by accurately transferring data from generated reports to ensure the RevGen team has access to current information.

    Fulfill supplementary administrative duties as directed by the RevGen leadership team to drive departmental efficiency.

    1. CRM & Support Systems Migration

    Act as the lead Project Manager and Coordinator for the departmental migration from Zendesk Support and Zendesk Sell to FreshDesk and FreshSales.

    Map existing workflows and ensure all data, templates, and automation rules are accurately transitioned to the new platform.

    Required Experience

    2+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or sales operations

    1+ years of experience in a multi-location support or guest services environment

    Proven experience managing or coordinating software migrations (specifically Zendesk or Freshworks)

    Strong proficiency in CRM management and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

    Experience supporting new business launches or locations in transition

    High level of comfort managing unassigned inquiry queues and diverse regional needs

    Highly organized and systems-minded with a bias toward process optimization

    Strong communicator across marketing, ops, and tech teams

    Ability to adapt to unforeseen situations in a calm and efficient manner
