  • Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    · Sales Sample & Shipment Coordination: Prepare and ship product sample packages with precision and timeliness; ensure urgent requests are prioritized and fulfilled promptly.

    · Communication: Maintain professional and prompt email correspondence with sales team members, clients, and internal stakeholders.

    · Process Improvement: Proactively suggest and implement improvements in shipping, sample preparation, and workflow processes.

    · Inventory Management: Track product and shipping supply inventory levels; ensure supplies are stocked and work areas are organized.

    · Office Support: Assist the Office Manager with general office tasks, including welcoming visitors and supporting day-to-day operations when needed.

    · Collaboration: Act as a reliable team player, working well with others across departments to support company goals.

    Qualifications:

    · Strong organizational skills with a sense of urgency when handling time-sensitive tasks.

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    · Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and general computer applications.

    · A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and act independently.

    · Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong team-oriented mindset.

    · Fast learner who thrives in a dynamic and evolving environment

    Physical Requirements:

    · Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
