    We are seeking a motivated Sales Support Intern to assist our sales team with outreach, screening, and scheduling activities. This internship provides hands-on experience supporting the early stages of the sales process while developing strong communication, organization, and professional skills.

    The Sales Support Intern plays an important role in ensuring prospective candidates or customers receive timely follow-up and a positive first impression of the company.

    Responsibilities

    Make outbound calls to applicants or prospective leads

    Ask basic screening and qualifying questions to assess interest and availability

    Share a brief overview of the company and role or services

    Schedule interviews or follow-up appointments for qualified individuals

    Send follow-up emails or messages to contacts who did not answer calls

    Confirm appointments and assist with rescheduling as needed

    Accurately record call outcomes, notes, and scheduling details

    Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed

    Qualifications

    Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university

    Strong verbal communication and listening skills

    Comfortable speaking on the phone and interacting with new people

    Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

    Positive attitude and willingness to learn

    Ability to manage time effectively and follow instructions

    Preferred Qualifications

    Interest in sales, business development, or customer engagement

    Experience in customer service, outreach, or call-based roles

    Bilingual abilities
