Job Summary:
A global trading and distribution company based in Irvine, CA is seeking a B2B Sales Support Manager to oversee and improve sales support operations across its wholesale and distribution channels. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing, client communication, and coordination between internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities:
Manage and streamline the end-to-end sales support process for B2B clients
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, accounting, and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
Create and manage quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents
Provide support to the sales team by preparing presentations, client reports, and product information
Monitor sales performance, backorders, and inventory levels to ensure customer satisfaction
Communicate directly with clients regarding orders, delivery timelines, and inquiries
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across CRM, ERP, and internal databases
Assist in process improvements and help develop SOPs for sales support functions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales support or sales operations
Experience working in wholesale, distribution, or trading industry preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal teams and customers
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and business software tools (CRM, ERP systems)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual in Korean required
