    Job Description

    Job Summary:
    A global trading and distribution company based in Irvine, CA is seeking a B2B Sales Support Manager to oversee and improve sales support operations across its wholesale and distribution channels. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing, client communication, and coordination between internal teams and external partners.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and streamline the end-to-end sales support process for B2B clients

    • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, accounting, and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment

    • Create and manage quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents

    • Provide support to the sales team by preparing presentations, client reports, and product information

    • Monitor sales performance, backorders, and inventory levels to ensure customer satisfaction

    • Communicate directly with clients regarding orders, delivery timelines, and inquiries

    • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across CRM, ERP, and internal databases

    • Assist in process improvements and help develop SOPs for sales support functions

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

    • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales support or sales operations

    • Experience working in wholesale, distribution, or trading industry preferred

    • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal teams and customers

    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and business software tools (CRM, ERP systems)

    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    • Bilingual in Korean required
