Job Description:
The sales support team member is instrumental in creating satisfied customers. They are responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, from timely answering of customer inquiries up to accurate order input. Sales support will assist the sales team to ensure smooth operations from estimate to final payment.
Job Responsibilities:
· Answer phones
· Greet showroom visitors
· Respond to emails in a timely manner
· Create estimates for customers
· Convert estimates into orders
· Check orders for accuracy, and send them through to production
· Collect payment on orders
· Assist sales team · Create layouts using 20/20 software design
· Other duties as assigned
Reports To: Sales Manager
Requirements:
Available to work Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Experience using 20/20
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
