Job Description
As the Veris Sales Support Representative for our Solar Innovations brand, you'll manage the quote-to-order process from initial quote through design, fabrication, delivery, and installation. This role coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, on-time execution, supports customers and sales partners. Over time, you'll also take on project management responsibilities, overseeing individual projects end-to-end on the technical side. Success is driven by strong organization, attention to detail, disciplined backlog management, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience while meeting revenue and performance goals.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized and customer-obsessed, with a background in sales or customer services within a construction, home improvement, or architectural environment and a proven ability to manage projects simultaneously without losing a beat.
Location: This opportunity works on a hybrid schedule and reports to our Pine Grove, PA location with the option to work from home Mondays and Fridays.
Salary: $40,000 - $50,000/year, plus bonus & opportunity for overtime

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $40,000 USD - $50,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. This role is also eligible for overtime. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
