    Are you sharp, motivated, and energized by talking to people? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments, love problem-solving, and enjoy getting things DONE? We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Appointment Scheduler to join our growing team!

    In this role, you'll be responsible for scheduling appointments from our various lead sources—including web inquiries, inbound calls, referrals, and marketing campaigns. This is a high-volume call role that requires someone with common sense, creativity, and hustle.

    What You’ll Do:

    Contact and schedule appointments with potential clients from multiple lead sources

    Make high volumes of outbound calls each day

    Use creative thinking and problem-solving to increase conversion rates

    Keep detailed and accurate records of calls, appointments, and follow-ups

    Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams

    Help optimize scheduling systems and processes as we grow

    We’re Looking For Someone Who:

    Has excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Speaks clearly and confidently on the phone

    Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives under pressure

    Can think on their feet and adapt quickly

    Is self-motivated and doesn’t need micromanaging

    Wants to grow within the company and take ownership of their role

    Has a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a go-getter mindset

    Has sales or customer service experience (a plus!)

    Requirements:

    High school diploma required; some college or degree preferred

    Prior experience in appointment setting, sales, or high-volume phone work is a plus

    Must be comfortable with CRM systems, call software, and multitasking

    Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
