    Our company is a growing business based in Marietta, GA. We focus on designing and installing the highest quality kitchen pull-out drawers, pantries, and bath solutions for our customers. We have been in business since 2019 and have experience in our category that extends close to 20 years.

    Daily Responsibilities:

    In our Sales Support Center, you will be doing the following tasks on a daily basis:

    Interacting with customers to schedule design appointments

    Working on direct marketing campaigns to re-engage past opportunities

    Focusing daily on leads from previous generation sources such as home shows, digital advertising, print ads, etc.

    Coordinating appointments for designers, installers, and franchise partners

    Preferred Skills (Priority Consideration Given To):

    Ability to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally

    Product Management / Order flow

    Experience scheduling appointments and following up on leads

    Excellent communication skills
