About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, organized professional to generate qualified sales meetings and support our Outside Sales team across the U.S. and Canada.
If you enjoy outbound outreach, research, and turning conversations into scheduled meetings — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
• Make high-volume outbound calls, emails, and social outreach • Schedule 10+ in-person or virtual meetings per week • Research prospects using CRM and LinkedIn • Execute structured follow-up campaigns • Maintain accurate CRM records • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to improve messaging • Help refine outreach strategies and performance
What We’re Looking For
• High school diploma required (Associate’s/Bachelor’s preferred) • Experience handling large outbound call/email lists • Strong technical aptitude (IP, fiber, routers, Wi-Fi, cloud concepts) • CRM experience (any platform; SugarCRM a plus) • Skilled in LinkedIn and online prospecting • Proficient in Outlook and Excel • Strong follow-up discipline and organization • Confident communicator who builds rapport easily • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
